Five photographic portraits with the initials of the sitter and one view, all dated. Print 55: S.T. (Sarah Trickett); Print 56: F.B.M. (Francis Bowyer Miller); Print 57: Coasters anchored in Double Bay; Print 58: Mrs T. (Elizabeth Trickett); Print 59: S.T. (Sarah Trickett); Print 60: W.S.J. (William Stanley Jevons). The photographs are in a collection of photographs of Australia, taken or compiled by William Stanley Jevons during the 1850s. Between 1854-1859 Jevons was employed as assayer at the Sydney mint and also carried out detailed social surveys of the city's slums. Francis Bowyer Miller was also employed as assayer at the Sydney mint. Elizabeth and Sarah Trickett were the wife and niece of Joseph Trickett, Superintendent of the Coining Factory at the mint.
