Print 85: Port Jackson; Print 86: Large Aloe; Print 87: Norfolk pine and Oleander tree in Severn's garden. The photographs are in a collection of photographs of Australia, taken or compiled by William Stanley Jevons during the 1850s. Between 1854-1859 Jevons was employed as assayer at the Sydney mint and also carried out detailed social surveys of the city's slums.
