On the pastedown: nineteenth-century [?] manuscript inscrption at head of the paste-down 'Thomas [Swanwick?] M.D' and a book label of the Manchester Medical Society noting the copy was given by Mr. Windsor of Manchester, 1860. On the fly-leaf a nineteenth-century manuscript note: This is the Adline edition of 1528, but wants title / & index (=8 leaves) at commencement, and Quinti / Sereni Medicina (=16 leaves) at end. / T Windsor, May 14, 18[77?].
