Letter from John Wesley to Mr Dobson, Steward of the Charity School, 21 February 1786. The Foundery School had been originally established for the education of poor children. Dobson, as the steward, was responsible for the daily administration of the school finances. Wesley was obviously not impressed by his administrative skills.
