Description: 
View of Manchester Town Hall. The hall is in the Victorian Gothic revival style of architecture, with a distinctive clock tower and tall arched windows. Designed by the architect Alfred Waterhouse, the town hall was completed in 1877. Horse-drawn cabs can be seen on Albert Square just in front of the entrance and the Lloyd Street elevation is just visible.
