31 lines. On the left, poems for the Grace after Meals for Thursday and Friday plus a calendrical list of days on which hallel is recited and of other special days. On the right, poem for the Grace after Meals for a Sabbath meal followed by a poem for the Grace after Meals for a Festival meal. Part of the text upside down due to faulty restoration work. The upside down piece fits in the right upper corner, sandwiched between B 4754 and A 724.
