16 lines. Medical book, Materia Medica (book on simple drugs). Belongs to the medical genre of the Kutub al-Mufradat (cf. Ullmann, Medizin im Islam, ch. 14). Consists of an alphabetical list of healing plants and mineral substances. Entries are transcriptions of Arabic words (Judeo-Arabic) which, in turn, are sometimes of Greek or Persian origin. Mentions for example: grey calamint, radish, stone pine, aloe (פודנג', פג'ל, צנובר, צבר). Not from Al-Qanun of Ibn Sina.
