17 lines. Medical book, Materia Medica (book on simple drugs). Belongs to the medical genre of the Kutub al-Mufradat (cf. Ullmann, Medizin im Islam, ch. 14). Consists of an alphabetical list of healing plants and mineral substances. Entries are transcriptions of Arabic words (Judeo-Arabic) which, in turn, are sometimes of Greek or Persian origin. Not from Al-Qanun of Ibn Sina.
