Description:
The story of the 33 daughters of King Dioclician (Diocletian), Albyne and her sisters, who were wedded to 33 kings. The daughters despise their husbands and murder them in their sleep. Their father Dioclician banishes them from their home land. The sisters set sail and eventually reach a land by boat which Albyne, as the first ashore, names after herself, calling it 'Albion'. The written space is c.197 x 118 mm in a good secretary hand which is the same throughout.
