Description:
Siege of Troy. Book five: Pyrrhus (Neoptolemus) dresses finely and goes to meet Atastus, he tells him that he is one of Priam's sons who had been imprisoned by Pyrrhus. Atastus asks where Pyrrhus is and he tells Atastus that Pyrrhus is in the cave where Peleus is being held. Atastus goes to look in the cave and Pyrrhus draws his sword to kill him but Thetides daughter of Atastus begs Pyrrhus not to kill her father. Pyrrhus eventually agrees not to kill Atastus as he has already killed his two sons and he and Atastus agree to reign Thessaly together. The written space is 305 x 200 mm, 2 columns and 44 lines and the script is anglicana formata by two hands.
