There is a tear in the vellum in the top right margin which appears to have been stitched and come apart again. Pricking is clearly visible in the right margin. The words 'Edward 2' are written in the top margin. The tale of how Merlyn's prophecies about King Edward II and St Thomas of Lancaster were true. The written space is c.182 x 112 mm and the script is anglicana formata.
