Incipit: 'Copia domini Regis Ricardi secundi post conquestum Anglie. Thys fourme of cury ys compiled of þe chef mayster coke of kyng Richarde þe second after the conquest of England by assent of maysters of physyck and of phylosophye'. There are 194 numbered recipes, with numbers 184-6, part of 187 and no. 194 missing. The written space is 92 x 50 mm, with 14 lines to a page. The hand is anglicana formata.

Copia domini Regis Ricardi secundi post conquestum Anglie. Thys fourme of cury ys compiled of þe chef mayster coke of kyng Richarde þe second after the conquest of England by assent of maysters of physyck and of phylosophye. Furst hyr behynneþ at commune po[t]ages & comune metes. And afterward of anyoes metes for hyghest astates. and þys table sewing telleth how þey stonden in ordre by number.
