Description:
Deeds of the Apostles: chapters seven and eight. A pen-flourished initial 'F' in blue and red ink introduces the next chapter. Stephen likens the Jewish elders to those who worship false gods for ignoring the voice of God and calling for the crucifixion of Jesus. The elders have Stephen stoned outside the city walls. The disciple Philip goes to Samaria to preach. The written space is c. 207 x 133 mm in two columns.
