Description:
|
King Edward I lays siege to Stirling Castle. Then follows the story of King Edward I and the Trailbaston commision and how he had his own son Edward imprisoned. The rubricator has missed out the heading for the death of William Wallace and the consecutive rubrications are all one step ahead of the text. Written space is 235 x 190 mm, 2 columns with 34 lines. The script is in a secretary hand with some influence from anglicana.
